JANICESJOSTRAND![]() Dr. Janice Sjostrand is a career educator and alumnus of the University of Arkansas. During her career, she has served as a high school teacher of Spanish and English, secondary administrator for English as a Second Language, guest lecturer at the University of Arkansas, and motivational speaker for various venues throughout the United States.
Also a musician and vocalist, she has opened for the late Ray Charles, and performed for the Arkansas Legislature, the National Prayer Breakfast, and two presidential inaugural prayer services. Janice wrote “Alabaster Box” recorded by CeCe Winans, which won the 2001 Dove Award. Married for 31 years, Janice ministers with her husband at Christian Apostolic Church in Newark, Ohio, where she lives with her family. She continues to travel and is a featured speaker at numerous church conferences nationally and internationally. CARLABURTON![]() Carla Burton attended Jackson College of Ministries where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies and Music. Following graduation, she and her husband worked overseas in a Bible College for one year. During that year, she developed a night school and taught music theory, keyboard and vocal lessons. She graduated over 60 students from this school who became involved in music ministry throughout the work in the Philippines. In 1996, they took the pastorate of The Turning Point in Nashville, Tennessee where she is the Music Minister and Worship Leader. She has developed a dynamic and progressive music program in her local church and travels conducting choir and worship clinics throughout the USA. Her greatest desire is that people would develop the gift of music and understand the use of it as a tool to promote worship and connection to God.
LeannMcIntosh![]() Leeann serves as the Director of Music and Interpretive Sign under Pastor Grady Chandler in Bastrop, Texas since 2005. Leeann has served in several ministry positions including church Secretary and Youth Pastor over the last 12 years. The Choir and Interpretive Sign Team has performed for their city in community events and they are often requested by city and county officials and other denominational churches for conferences and special occasions. Leeann is married to Shad McIntosh, an Engineer with Union Pacific Railroad and they have 2 daughters also serving in ministry, Taylor Henry and Shelby McIntosh. Their experience has been that anything is possible no matter the size of your church. Unity, excellence and anointing are the keys to great moves of God.
CINDYWOFFORD![]() Cindy Wofford has been married 28 years to the love of her life, Ron Wofford and has a 19 year old daughter, Xiana Victoria Rae. She attended Jackson College of Ministries. After Bible College she served in a variety of roles along side her husband. She has served in Sectional and District positions while being a pastor’s wife. Cindy taught at JCM and is currently on staff at Texas Bible College.
TRACYBROCK![]() Tracy Brock is a singer, songwriter and recording artist. She was recently featured on the new TBC LIVE recording. She lives in Hudson, TX with her husband Rex and 3 children: Noah 19, Christian 14 and their little miracle baby girl, Brelin, 5 months old. She attends First United Pentecostal Church of Lufkin, Pastor Joe Stanley.
DedieCooley![]() Dedie Cooley is the President's wife of Texas Bible College in Lufkin, TX. She graduated from Jackson College of Ministries in 1986, and became full-time music director in Pasadena, TX. In 1990, she and her husband, Rev. Bret Cooley left to start a home missions church in Buford, GA. In 1994, Dedie accepted the Dean of Music position at JCM where she served in that capacity until the spring of 1998. She and her husband went on to pastor Bryan United Pentecostal Church for 6 years before accepting their new role at Texas Bible College. They have a daughter, Cherish, and a son, Hunter.
BillyeBowman![]() Billye Bowman graduated from Jackson College of Ministries with a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree. After graduation, she taught at JCM for four years. She served for nine years as music director at churches in Mississippi and Texas, and in 2002, she joined the faculty of Texas Bible College where she is completing her tenth year as a music instructor. She is the mother of two songs, Rev. Vance Bowman and Rev. Grant Bowman, and one daughter, Bethany Roberts. She enjoys spending time with her seven amazing grandchildren, and also enjoys travel, especially TBC missions trips.
RONWOFFORD![]() Ron and Cindy Wofford live in Lufkin, Texas where he is the Dean of Theology and she is an instructor at Texas Bible College. Ron graduated from Jackson College of Ministries in 1984.
From that time until now he and Cindy have served in various ministerial capacities and have pastored for 8 years. In addition to their work at Texas Bible College they also minister throughout our fellowship evangelizing and teaching as well as conducting Leadership Seminars, Ministerial Training and Marriage Retreats. Ron is the author of 7 pastoral teaching series. GARYCARTER![]() Gary Carter is the Dean of Missions at TBC. He graduated from Apostolic Bible Institute in 1982. Upon graduating he served as principal of Imperial Beach Christian School in California until 1990. Prior to accepting his position at Texas Bible College, Bro. Carter pastored in Gainesville, TX for fourteen years. He is also currently serving as the Texas District Foreign Missions Director.
PHILIPRHOADS![]() Phillip Rhoads graduated from Texas Bible College in 1982, and since that time he and his wife, Sandra, have been involved in full time ministry together. In addition to serving as assistant pastor and pastor in the United States, they also served as missionaries of the UPCI for eighteen years. After returning to the States in 2012 the Rhoads’s came to Texas Bible College, where he teaches in missions and Bible/theology classes and she teaches part-time in the Christian education department. The Rhoads’s have four children and two grandchildren.
ALLENKING![]() Allen King has been married to his best friend Michelle, for 30 years. He serves as the Dean of Students at Texas Bible College. He was born and raised in Northwest Florida. At 16 years old he preached his first message for J.R. Ensey in Wichita Falls, Texas. He has served as pastor in Upstate New York, Florida and as a Metro Missionary in Los Angeles, California. He recently accepted the pastoral position in Diboll, Texas. Allen and his wife have two children, Sheldon and Brittany, and one grandson, Logan. Bro. King is alumni of Apostolic Bible Institute (ABI); University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) and is currently perusing his Masters of Arts in Ministry Degree(AST).
ADRIANNESENCHAL![]() Adrianne Senchal will be graduating this May from Texas Bible College with a Bachelor's Degree in Music. She is currently serving her last and third year as the Promotions/Alumni Assistant at TBC. She recently married the love of her life, Braylan Senchal from Conroe, TX. They will be serving in the ministry together when she graduates. They have one puppy, Daisy Mae Senchal.

CortTChavis![]() Cortt Chavis is a Licensed Minister with the UPCI, Husband to Amanda and Father to Cortney, Syndey and Isaac. He is a singer, song-writer, musician and preacher. Recently under the direction of the Spirit, his Pastor and his leadership, he is planting a church with his family in Loganville, GA. “Truth Chapel”. Cortt served in the United States Army and is a Veteran of “Operation Iraqi Freedom”.

the President of Texas Bible College. He
was born in 1963 and grew up in southwest Louisiana where he came to know the
Lord and was later called to preach at 15 years old. He attended McNeese State
University where he received an associate degree and then later attended and
graduated from Texas Bible College in Houston, Texas. After Rev. Cooley graduated from Texas Bible College in 1990, he and his wife moved to Buford, Georgia to begin a Home Missions work.
After the church had been established, they returned to Houston, Texas as Instructors at Texas Bible College. The Cooley’s then moved to Jackson, Mississippi in the summer of 1994 and assumed the roles of Dean of Missions and Dean of Music at Jackson College of Ministries. They labored there for 5 years before accepting the pastorate of the Bryan United Pentecostal Church in Bryan, Texas and pastored there for six years. In April of 2005, Bro. Cooley was asked to serve as President of Texas Bible College after the college was moved to Lufkin, Texas where he is presently ministering. He has travelled internationally and nationally teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is an author and speaker on leadership development and training. BROCCCHAVIS![]() Brocc Chavis is the lead pastor at UNITED. After having served as co-pastor for five years and student pastor 8 years prior to that, he was elected as pastor in February 2010. In addition to his pastoral service, Pastor Brocc worked in the consumer finance industry with Citigroup for 14 years and served the North Carolina District UPCI for four years as Youth Secretary and 6 years as Youth President. PRENTICEMCNEIL![]() Prentice McNeil started working for his father's sound company in 1982 while attending college. His first experience with Pentecost was a gig they did for Rev. Murrell Ewing at the Lake Charles Civic Center in 1983. They started a company, MME PRO AUDIO in 1987. He installs audio, video and lighting in churches. He also provides rental equipment, engineering, and technician services. He is very happily married to his wife, Rhonda. They have three wonderful children, Sarah Bailey, Rebekah Ashworth, and David McNeil. They also have four adorable grandchildren. Prentice is the audio engineer at First Pentecostal Church in Starks, LA, pastored by Rev. Greg Frazier.
JeremiahSibley![]() Rev. Jeremiah Sibley lives in Castroville, Texas with DeAnna, his wife of over 13 years, and his two beautiful daughters, Ajadiana and Jasnia. Since 2001, the Sibley's have served as senior pastor of Medina Valley Christian Worship, a growing church on the outskirts of San Antonio. Jeremiah has a passion for teaching – both music and the Word of God – and is still active in teaching weekly music lessons. A graduate of Jackson College of Ministries where he studied under Dedie Cooley, Jeremiah's passion for jazz has fueled a unique approach to teaching and playing Pentecostal-style music. He has served as district youth president for the South Texas District UPCI since 2006, has taught at numerous music conferences and venues, and is the founding and lead instructor of BsharpTricks.com. His parents, Rev. & Mrs. Robert C. Sibley and brother, Rev. Paul Sibley are alumni of TBC.
TimHall![]() Tim Hall is the Dean of Music at TBC. Tim graduated from University of Arkansas with his degree in Music Education. Bro. Hall served as a Music Minister for twelve years. His ministry then took him to Arlington High School where he was able to make an incredible difference in the lives of young people. There he started a Gospel choir for the first time in the history of the school. Listening to the voice of God, in 2010 he and his wife accepted positions at Texas Bible College. They have two daughters: Jazlyn and Jillian.
JUSTINCONWAY![]() Justin has been the Worship Pastor at Woodlawn Church in Columbia, Ms. since 2001. He attended Stephen F. Austin University in TX. as a Music Major in Percussion Performance. Justin was the Worship Coordinator for the 2009 NAYC in Nashville, TN. He is married to the love of his life Larissa and together they have 2 beautiful girls, Azlyn and Anzly. Besides music and ministry, a few of his passions are hunting, fishing and playing golf.
AaronCurtis![]() Aaron Curtis is a keyboardist and organist who specializes in gospel and praise & worship music. Aaron incorporates the world of digital audio to complement the traditional church band configuration. He has played with gospel artists like Demetrius McClendon, Patrick Dopson, and the Kentucky State University Gospel Choir. He resides with his wife Emily in Murfreesboro, TN where he is studying music at a local university.
DANIELMARTIN![]() Daniel Martin attended Texas Bible College as a music major from 2005-2007 before moving to Austin and beginning his music ministry. He has been a church musician since the age of 10, beginning with drums, then bass, and now the keyboard. Daniel utilizes digital audio to enhance the modern worship band. He is currently serving along with his wife, Machell Martin, as the full-time Minister of Music at The Apostolic Church in Beaumont, Tx- Pastor Jonathan Elms. He also serves on the Texas Youth Choir committee, and is dedicated to a spirit of excellence unto the Lord and his ministries of music.
DAVIDGERI![]() David Geri, is originally from FPC Pensacola and holds a B. A. in Christian Music from Jackson College of Ministries and a B.S.B.A in Accountancy from the University of West Florida. Prior to joining the FPC staff in June of 2008, David was the Dean of Music at Texas Bible College in Lufkin, Texas, music minister at the Pentecostals of The Twin Cities in West Monroe, Louisiana, First United Pentecostal Church of Vidor, Texas and was the operations coordinator of the National Music Ministry Conference in Jackson, Mississippi. He is married to Laura Geri and has two wonderful children.
BENSTUCKEY![]() A native of Columbia, MS, guitarist Ben Stuckey is a session guitar player For Multi-Platinum Selling Flow Records. He began classical guitar training at age eleven, however his primary focus is in Christian and Gospel music. He regularly plays and teaches at conferences, services, and concerts all over the country. Ben has played on projects for Woodlawn Sanctuary Choir, Royalwood Sanctuary Choir, The Pentecostals of Katy, Jackson College of Ministries, Texas Bible College, The Wilbanks and more. His most recent session work has been on projects for Myron Williams (CEO of Flow Records), Andrea Helms (Sunday’s Best), Nikki Potts (Kurt Carr Singers), Cym Hughes (God Phaktorr) and more. He has also been blessed to play live with artists like J. Moss, William Murphy, Tasha Cobbs, D.A. Davies, Vaughn Murphy and others. He endorses Palir Guitars, Morgan Amplification and 1964 In-Ears. He considers himself to be a lifetime student and has learned to use his diverse style of playing for the glory of God. He is currently active in the music ministry at the First Church of Pearland, his home church. His desire is to use his diverse style of playing for the glory of God and to mentor and develop new talent. Ben holds a degree in Management Information Systems and works in the IT industry. He enjoys spending time with the love of his life, Amanda and precious baby, Layna Jane.
JOHNATHANGROAN![]() Johnathan Groan currently attends Souls Harbor Pentecostal Church in Calhoun Louisiana under the leadership of Bro. Jimmy Masters. He has been playing bass guitar for the Lord for over 20 years and has played on several recordings including the recent 50th anniversary live recording by Texas Bible College. He has also played and toured with Louisiana Allstate Youth choir for 4 years under the direction of Kevin Howard. Johnathan has an accounting degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He has been married to Sara for 15 wonderful years and has two beautiful girls, Jacelyn and Brooklyn.
LACIJONES![]() Laci Jones comes to us by way of First Pentecostal Church in Jackson, Ms. She has been active in youth ministry for 10+ years and since 2011 she has been the Ladies Dorm Supervisor, Librarian and Journalism Advisor at Texas Bible College. She is also a singer and songwriter with a heart focused on serving the kingdom of God. She enjoys traveling, singing at various churches, youth camps, conferences and occasionally speaking at ladies events. She loves to travel, read and spend time with her treasured family and friends.
